UK
Standard Delivery Service - £3.95
Orders sent via our Standard Delivery Service should usually arrive within 5-7 working days of your order being placed. We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the weight and value of your order, this may include a courier service which would require a signature on delivery. For orders dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post, or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery we would ask you to wait 7 working days before contacting our Customer Service Team for assistance if your parcel has not yet arrived.
EUROPE
Standard Delivery Service - £9.95
Delivery charges on orders placed for delivery within Europe (not including United Kingdom) are dependant on the total weight of the order. We dispatch EU orders for delivery within 5-7 working days, however, please allow up to 28 days.
USA & OVERSEAS
Standard Delivery Service - from 13.95
For USA and Overseas orders our delivery charges are dependent on country and total weight of your order. We usually dispatch orders for delivery within 14 days, however, please allow up to 28 days.
Returns Procedure
Obviously we hope you will be chuffed with your purchase from Youzo.co.uk. However, there may be times when you need to return your product and we want to make it as easy and as simple to return your goods.
Unwanted Products
Youzo.co.uk will refund or exchange any unwanted products providing reasonable care has been taken of the products within 7 working days after the day of delivery. If you wish to return any goods please call 0844 88 44 919 to obtain a returns number (RMA number) and the details of how to return your products.
Products should be returned to Youzo.co.uk with their original packaging. No returns can be accepted without an RMA number, or after 7 working days after the day of delivery.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a reasonable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item.
We politely remind you, that you will be expected to pay the return postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Products
Our goods should arrive in excellent condition. However, if a product arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product as appropriate. We will also pay for the return postage. If you wish to return any damaged, incorrect or faulty goods please call 0844 88 44 919 to get a returns number (RMA number) and the details of how to return your products.
Faulty products should be reported within 7 days starting the day after the product has been delivered.
After the 7 day period faulty goods can be replaced in accordance with any warranty provided by the manufacturer.
All returns must have an RMA number and returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Responsibility for Returned Goods
Please note: Any goods returned are the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending them back by a registered or recorded method. Youzo.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge incurred in delivering the returned product will also be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
